Before entering real estate, James built valuable experience working with high-profile clientele through the Delray Concours Foundation, where he managed sponsorships, event partnerships, and donor relationships. That role sharpened his ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and navigate high-value transactions with professionalism and attention to detail. While working in Member Services at UCF, he further developed a customer-first mindset focused on creating seamless, positive experiences that keep people coming back.
