James Boylan is a rising real estate professional serving both the Orlando and Palm Beach markets, bringing a relationship-driven approach, strong market insight, and a passion for helping clients find communities that truly fit their lifestyle and goals. Having lived in Palm Beach since 2008 before relocating to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida, James has developed a deep understanding of the unique neighborhoods, culture, and opportunities throughout Central and South Florida.
Before entering real estate, James served as Director of the Delray Beach Concours d'Elegance, one of South Florida’s premier luxury automotive showcases held at historic Old School Square in downtown Delray Beach. The event features over 100 historically significant vehicles, including rare Ferraris and championship-winning Formula 1 racecars valued at more than $300 million. Through this role, James gained extensive experience working with high-profile clientele, collectors, entrepreneurs, and sponsors — sharpening the professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail that naturally translate into luxury real estate.
James is especially drawn to properties and communities with character, history, and untapped potential. His passion for architecture, redevelopment opportunities, and overlooked gems gives him a unique perspective when helping buyers, sellers, and investors identify value in evolving neighborhoods.
Outside of real estate, James enjoys motorsports, classic cars, gardening, and hands-on mechanical work. Known for his determination, authenticity, and client-first mindset, James is committed to delivering attentive service and meaningful results for every client he works with.
